The APELC SPG-188-125-E2 is a one-man-portable suitcase pulse generator system for injection of the MIL-STD 188-125 E2 pulse onto a DUT. The system utilizes a solid-state topology to produce a 0 – 260 Amp pulse, with a <700 ns rise-time and a 3.1 ms FWHM pulse-width. The amplitude can be varied by adjusting the charge voltage on the front panel of the unit. The system is powered with a removable, rechargeable battery. Monitoring of set voltage/current and capacitor charge voltage is provided on the front panel.
