Our History
APELC was founded in 1998, based upon the groundbreaking work of Dr. Jon Mayes, who used compact Marx generators to inject fast-rising pulses onto a structure for generating microwave energy using photo-conductive switches. This innovative foundation set the stage for our journey to revolutionize the field of pulsed power and electromagnetic systems. Paid Time Off
Generous PTO accrual starting at 10 hours per month for the first three years, increasing to 13.33 hours per month after three years.
Flexible Work Hours
At APELC, we value work-life balance and offer flexible daily work hours. While we require a core block of 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, you have the flexibility to organize your schedule around this core time. The average workday consists of 8 hours, totaling 40 hours per week.
